Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in the original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
❗ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you’re outside Uganda, note that shipping times may vary.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items not eligible for return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Need a different item?
The fastest option is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return is accepted.

EU customers – 3-day cooling-off period

If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return condition:
Unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Banks or card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
